Odinex, Inc. (“Kintsu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Kintsu.ai, an AI-powered agent platform that enables users to modify existing WordPress websites through conversational instructions. Kintsu acts as an automated agent that directly edits WordPress files, databases, plugins, and themes on behalf of the user. We prioritize transparency, security, and responsible data handling.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you access or use our website, services, plugins, APIs, and related tools (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Kintsu does not maintain an EU legal entity and does not currently appoint a formal Data Protection Officer.


2. Scope & Users

Our Services are intended for individuals and businesses aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly target children. If you are under 18, you may not use the Services.

This Policy applies to:

  • Website visitors

  • Registered users

  • Paying customers

  • Plugin users


3. Definitions

Personal Data / Personal Information means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual, including identifiers such as name, email address, IP address, account credentials, or online identifiers.

Customer Data means data originating from a user’s WordPress environment that is processed by Kintsu at the user’s instruction.


4. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you submit, including:

  • Name and email address

  • Account credentials

  • Billing information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers)

  • Conversational prompts and instructions

  • Support communications

B. WordPress & Website Data (Processed at Your Direction)

When you connect Kintsu to a WordPress site, we may process:

  • Website content (posts, pages, HTML, CSS)

  • Plugin and theme files

  • WordPress database records

  • WordPress credentials and API keys

  • Logs of changes executed by the AI agent

Important:
Kintsu does not permanently store website content. Data is processed only to perform the requested actions and may exist transiently in memory, logs, or backups as described below.

C. Automatically Collected Data

We automatically collect:

  • IP addresses

  • Device and browser information

  • Error logs and diagnostics

  • Usage metadata and timestamps


5. Sensitive Data

Kintsu does not restrict the upload of sensitive or special-category data.
However, you are solely responsible for any sensitive data you provide. The Services are not designed for regulated data such as medical, biometric, or financial account information, and we disclaim responsibility for compliance failures arising from such use.


6. How We Use Information

We process information to:

  • Operate and deliver the Services

  • Execute AI-driven changes to WordPress environments

  • Maintain security, logging, and auditing

  • Provide customer support

  • Process payments and subscriptions

  • Monitor usage, performance, and reliability

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Enforce our Terms of Service

We do not engage in automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects under GDPR-style frameworks.


7. AI Providers & Model Use

Kintsu integrates with third-party AI providers, including:

  • OpenAI

  • Anthropic

  • Google

Prompts and outputs may be stored for operational, debugging, and audit purposes.

Model Training:

  • User prompts and outputs are not used to train AI models

  • We may analyze data in aggregated or anonymized form

  • You may request opt-out from any non-essential analysis by contacting privacy@kintsu.ai

Third-party AI providers process data under their own privacy policies, which you are responsible for reviewing.


8. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Kintsu does not store full payment card details. Stripe acts as the system of record for billing data.


9. Cookies & Tracking

Kintsu uses strictly necessary cookies only, required for authentication, session management, and security.

We also run Google Ads and Meta Ads, which may involve server-side or platform-level conversion tracking. We do not honor Global Privacy Control signals at this time.


10. Data Retention

Retention mirrors Lovable’s baseline:

  • Operational logs: up to 90 days

  • Account data: retained while your account is active

  • Upon account termination, personal data is deleted within 30 days, subject to:

    • Legal obligations

    • Fraud prevention

    • Backup retention (up to 90 days)

You may request deletion at privacy@kintsu.ai.


11. Information Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards, including:

  • Encryption in transit

  • Role-based access controls

  • Secure infrastructure on Vercel

  • Monitoring and logging

However, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Kintsu modifies live WordPress files and databases

  • AI-driven changes may cause errors, downtime, or data loss

  • You are responsible for maintaining backups

Kintsu disclaims liability for failures caused by:

  • WordPress core

  • Plugins or themes

  • Hosting providers

  • Third-party services

  • AI provider outages or errors


12. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.


We may disclose information if required to:

  • Comply with law or legal process

  • Enforce agreements

  • Protect rights, safety, or property

  • Investigate abuse or security incidents


14. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request:

  • Access to personal data

  • Correction of inaccurate data

  • Deletion of personal data

  • Withdrawal of consent where applicable

We aim to respond within 30 days.


The Services may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
